Privacy notice
Twilight Digital Services is the public-facing name of Twilight Web. Contact us at info@twilight.ng about this notice or your personal information.
Information you share
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest and project message. Your organisation is optional. Please do not send passwords, financial account details or sensitive school or personal records.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss potential work and prepare a proposal where requested. We do not use this form to sign you up to marketing messages. We rely on responding to your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and protecting the website.
Hosting and email
The website and mailbox are hosted through WhoGoHost. Enquiries are sent to our mailbox. Hosting and email providers process technical and message information to deliver these services. Enquiries are handled through our email inbox.
Security and technical information
The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie to protect submissions. We use limited technical information to help prevent spam and misuse. Hosting access logs may contain your IP address, request details and timestamps. The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as needed to respond and manage the business relationship. Information connected to an agreed project may be retained for contractual or applicable legal obligations. Temporary form-rate records expire after one hour and are removed on subsequent form requests. Hosting logs and backups follow the provider’s configured retention.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict processing where applicable, or raise a concern by emailing info@twilight.ng. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
